Drive and donation barrel requests must be submitted at least one week before your event to allow time for scheduling and fulfillment.

Hosting a drive is a powerful way to bring people together and support families throughout the Inland Northwest. It can be as simple or as elaborate as you want to make it. Before getting started, consider a few important details that can help make your drive successful.
1. Planning & Purpose
- What is the goal of your drive?
- What are your start and end dates?
- What types of donations are you collecting?
2. Logistics
- How many collection barrels will you need?
- Where will donations be collected and stored?
- Who will be responsible for transportation?
3. Outreach
- How will you promote your drive?
- Will you partner with businesses, schools, churches, or community groups?
- Will you create incentives or themes?
4. Follow-Up
- How will you thank donors and volunteers?
- Will you share results and impact stories?
- Could this become an annual tradition?
More Than A Collection Drive
Every food item, diaper, clothing item, and donation helps Partners INW meet the urgent needs of families throughout our community. Community drives help keep shelves stocked and resources available for neighbors facing difficult circumstances.
Many organizations choose to combine their collection efforts with a virtual fundraiser. While donated goods are incredibly valuable, financial contributions often allow Partners INW to stretch every dollar further and provide items that are more difficult to collect through traditional drives.
Together, food drives, diaper drives, clothing drives, and fundraising campaigns help create meaningful impact throughout the Inland Northwest.
